CO2 system:
After the CO2 gas is decompressed, it provides two pressures for the current adjustment system: one is to supply the carbonizer with high pressure to form carbonated water, and the other is to use the low pressure to push the pressure of the syrup. Bottle secondary pressure reducing valve (to syrup barrel/syrup bag pressure), set at 40-60PSI primary pressure reducing valve (to carbonizer pressure).
CO2 System Notes:
A. Keep the gas cylinder upright when using it, do not lay it horizontally, and keep it away from heat sources.
B. Check the gas gauge pressure every day and replace it immediately if the capacity is insufficient.
C. Make sure the gasket remains in the gas meter fitting each time the gas cylinder is changed.
D. When using CO2, the bottle valve should be fully opened, and then rotated 1/4 turn, which is convenient to close in an emergency and reduces the chance of leakage.
E. After replacing CO2, 3-4 cups of soda water should be placed on one of the valves, in order to discharge the soda water without CO2 in the original pipeline.
